Korean-Inspired Crafted Coffee, A Unique Blend of Flavors and Tradition

Various ingredients were used to prepare the crafted coffee with a unique twist. Inspired by Chef Baik's innovative approach on his TV show "The Genius Baik," where he and his team introduced Korean cuisine to the local people in Italy, a modified version of espresso with a Korean twist was created.

So with ingredients at home, I tried to myself out of curiosity with baby formula and my favourite condensed milk, without a doubt with its taste.  

In this special coffee blend, the traditional elements of mixed Korean coffee were replaced with alternative ingredients with the following,  

Baby formula was utilised instead of regular milk powder, providing a delightful taste to the coffee. The addition of condensed milk contributed to its pleasant sweetness, enhancing the overall experience.

 A careful amount of hot water was added to achieve the desired consistency, ensuring it was not excessive. The resulting coffee mixture was impeccably served in an espresso cup and received an overwhelmingly positive response. Everyone who tried it loved the unique blend. Even those who are not regular coffee drinkers thoroughly enjoyed this unique blend. 

The combination of familiar coffee flavours with the distinct essence of Korea appealed to a wide range of palates. Everyone who tried it, whether a coffee enthusiast or not, expressed their delight and appreciation for the harmonious fusion of flavours. The coffee's universal appeal and ability to satisfy diverse tastes further contributed to its widespread popularity.

Which combined the familiarity of coffee with the flavours of Korea.

This customized coffee creation has become a popular choice among travellers, as it can be conveniently carried in pockets, stored in kitchen corners, or even discreetly tucked away in individual office table drawers. Introduced globally by many people on various occasions, it has proven to be one of the most popular items in bringing joy and satisfaction for an extended period.

It is worth noting that mixed coffee holds a significant value in Korea, the oldest coffee formula produced and served in the country. It has become a beloved choice to boost energy, especially after meals or during the lazy late afternoon.
